  HIRAYAMA provides training systems in three categories - “Hands-on training” at in-house training center, “SOLOFLIGHT training” to teach fundamentals essential for working adult, and “Outsourcing GENBA level-up training” so as to maintain and secure safety/quality/delivery- in an attempt to constantly enhance the level of personnel’s competence. We also offer a full counseling system to assist employees in solving their mental health problems, if any.
